Our next head chef will motivate a Rosette-standard cooking brigade to turn high quality, local produce into memorable dining experiences at our busy destination restaurant.
We're looking for a chef with gusto, as well as a perfectionist's flair for food preparation, presentation and menu design. You'll be responsible for all aspects of kitchen management, and will work closely with the General Manager to maintain profit margins.
With an appetite for challenges, you'll lead by example, calmly working under pressure whilst motivating others to express passion for the culinary arts.
Previous experience at senior level is required, with Rosette kitchen experience preferred. You'll also need the appropriate professional qualifications: minimum Level 2 food hygiene certificate, SVQ2 catering certificate or equivalent, and a working knowledge of HACCP and COSHH. Although experience is important, we'll invest in and develop the right candidate. We're primarily seeking enthusiasm and the right attitude, with the successful applicant brimming with oodles of both.
