About the role
As a Guest Services Manager you will manage the entire guest services operations (cleaning, security, customer services and front of house) on site.
You will drive operational improvement to ensure first class relationships and the delivery of exceptional customer service levels, each and every time.
You will have experience in a hotel reception at supervisor level, be able to demonstrate initiative and be someone who has a reputation for delivering great service and being fun to work with.
In addition, you will have excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills and be able to demonstrate a commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
