A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GUEST SERVICE MANAGER AT HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS LONDON - ROYAL DOCKS

What you'll be doing...

You can expect your working day to include the following.

  • Responding to requests or complaints made by guests in a professional and polite manner in order to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Implementing procedures to improve services offered with the aim of attracting more customers.
  • Coordinating and managing communication between guests and staff members
  • Overseeing check-in and check-out procedures, including reservations and financial transaction
  • Motivating and training the team to ensure high staff morale

To succeed in the role of Guest Service Manager, you will need the following qualities and skills.

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Good understanding of procedures and practices in the hospitality industry.
