The Exciting Opportunity

The Guest Service Manager contributes to Redefine|BDL Hotel's goals and values by supporting the Deputy Manager with managing the team on duty and all other departments.

Holiday Inn Express® London - Limehouse hotel sits near the Thames River in a historic part of London close to major attractions. It's less than 10 minutes' walk from Lime house DLR station, where trains travel to central London in about 20 minutes and to the O2 arena and London City Airport (LCY) in less than 30 minutes.

With 150 contemporary en-suite bedrooms the hotel is the perfect choise for leisure and business travellers. All public areas and all bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and have complimentary Wifi access throughout the hotel.


What Are We Looking For?
We're looking for an individual who will be;

  • Fully conversant with the Hotel policy on:

        • Fire & Evacuation

        • Security procedures

        • Health & safety policy

        • Personnel & Training procedure

    • To ensure that the hotel operates effectively on a day to day basis, in line with company and brand standards, and that the appearance of the hotel creates a professional impression to guests and employees.

The successful applicant for this role will deliver excellent customer service, have a positive can do' attitude, be willing to learn and show that they care.
