Don't just be amazed by the service of excellence, be part of it!
An amazing opportunity to join a jewel of the UK's dining eateries.
Our client operates a fantastic award-winning restaurant near Perth in the glorious Scottish countryside of Perthshire, providing a luxury dining experience, and they are currently looking to recruit a new addition to the front-of-house waiting team, a Commis Waiter to be precise.
This is a very special opportunity to work in a well-established and successful business, with a highly focused team, creating the most memorable dining experiences by serving food and wine of the highest quality, with professional, yet friendly and engaging service.
Working within this fine dining environment, etiquette and professionalism will be vital but we want you to have your own character and be engaging as and when fitting.
Full and comprehensive training will be given, but a positive personality and strong work ethic will be needed.
You will want to excel in your field within hospitality and have the right attitude and commitment to learn and adapt. The right candidate will be passionate about quality in both the standard of the food you serve and the level of customer care you employ and will have a thirst for knowledge of food, wine, spirits and all beverages.
Highly presentable with good grooming standards will be required at all times when on shift.
Own transport is essential, actual work experience is not essential but a previous insight into fine dining would be advantageous.
A fantastic salary of £23,000 is available, 5 days working out of 7 (never breakfasts and always straight shifts, never splits), 28 days holiday (3 weeks winter closure), closed Christmas Day and Boxing Day (family time) & Staff Golf Membership if wanted at an International recognised GC.
