The Exciting Opportunity 

This is a unique opportunity to join The Gantry London Curio Collection as a F&B & Logistics Controller, located in the area's most famous sporting venue, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in the heart of East London Stratford. The position is available on a full-time basis working up to 40 hours per week over five days. Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, you are expected to attend work at the hotel every day and work on public holidays and weekends, as required.

What Are We Looking For? 

We are looking for someone to work alongside the Financial Controller and Heads of Department to develop the overall F&B cost control strategy and ensure effective control procedures are in place.

You ideally have experience in this role with a hotel background. The successful candidate has excellent analytic and reporting skills and knowledge of financial and operating systems and procedures.

As part of this role, you have to control effectively all F&B costs within the hotel, produce control reports to monitor performance and improve cost efficiency and review daily deliveries to ensure accurate pricing and quantity of goods, amongst other responsibilities.

Where Will You Be Working? 

The Gantry is due to open in November 2021 and will be an exciting 291-bedroom hotel with a sky bar boasting views across Queen Elizabeth Park and the London Skyline, 1st-floor destination bar and a restaurant with 2 external terraces.
