We have a unique opportunity for an Executive Head Housekeeper to join our team.

Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager, as Executive Head Housekeeper overseeing a large team of 30+ you will be responsible for ensuring that our luxury suites and bedrooms and public areas are cleaned and presented with exemplary 5 star standards which exceed our guest's expectations every time.

Some of the key things you will be doing over your working week:

Opening checklists
Daily briefings and task allocation
Daily audits of all operational standards
Organising Suite amenities and VIP requests
Orders of linen, cleaning materials and guest supplies
Providing hands on operational support where necessary (cleaning rooms, stocking trolleys, room checks, turndown service)
Liaison with maintenance on remedial actions required
Handling guest feedback
Managing lost property
Auditing of H&S standards
Recruiting, inducting, training & developing employees, 1:1s and Appraisals
Creating weekly rotas, managing holidays and other leave
Stocktakes, budgets and control of wages 
Creating reports, and analysising performance

Degree/HND or equivalent experience in Hospitality or related field
Recent experience of working in Housekeeping Management within in a 4/5* environment of a similar size
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Keen attention to detail essential
Strong IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office software.  Knowledge of hotel management systems such as Procure Wizard/ResDiary/Resort Suite/Fourth also beneficial
