Do you have the confidence, energy and charisma to lead our kitchen team?

Crerar Hotels work with a range of farmers and artisan suppliers to source home-grown and reared produce wherever possible. From venison from the Crerar Home Farm, to mussels from the adjacent Loch Leven and beef from quality assured Scottish farms.

We're looking for a motivated and talented chef to take overall responsibility for our kitchen operation and manage the team for our Steak & Lobster Bistro and Gathering Bar & Grill. 

What we need from you

  • Qualifications:
  • Minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
  • SVQ2 catering certificate or equivalent
  • A working knowledge of HACCP and COSHH
  • A passion for delivering great service
  • A diligent approach to preparing food in a busy kitchen
  • The confidence, energy and charisma to inspire and lead your team
  • Organisational and management skills
