Personal Assistant to the General Manager Overview:
As Personal Assistant you will support the General Manager in his role of managing this luxury, customer focused resort. You will be responsible for providing administrative support and executive assistance ensuring the successful day to day running of the office. This is a varied role with wide ranging responsibilities within a luxury hospitality environment.
Personal Assistant Attributes/Experience:
- Be able to demonstrate previous secretarial experience preferably in the hospitality or service sector
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be highly organised and self-motivated
- Attention to detail and excellent time-management skills
- An enthusiastic, customer-focused and flexible individual with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Proficiency in general secretarial duties and good IT skills
