We are currently recruiting for a commis chef to join our busy team at the Killin Hotel. Set in the heart of the Scottish Highlands at the head of Lochtay we are renowned for our warmth, charm and hospitality. This a thriving three-star country house hotel with 36 bedrooms and a busy food and beverage area, set amongst some of the finest scenery in Scotland.
We are looking for ambitious chef to join our team in a very fast paced kitchen. There are great opportunities to add your voice to develop menus and the team development.
You should have experience of high volume.
Health and Safety issues, high levels of Kitchen hygiene, must be strictly adhered to at all times.
A hands-on approach is expected of every person working within the hotel.
