Job Description

We now have a great opportunity to recruit an experienced Cluster Revenue Coordinator to join our growing Commercial Team and participate to the development of Heeton in the UK.

This is the perfect position for someone who has experience looking after one property and is looking to develop through a cluster role.

The role will be based in our Leeds or London Head Office

What you'll do

Scope of the role

  • Work and report to the Commercial Manager
  • Deliver the pricing strategy for online channels
  • Manage all hotels distribution channels and pricing strategies
  • Ensure the hotel is working with the adequate 3 rd parties to maximise revenue
  • Ensure the hotel performance through a robust channel and room type management
  • Identify and implement new Revenue Management opportunities
  • Build and maintain Databases
  • OTA channels swing to Direct business
  • Take ownership of all the hotel's topline forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
  • Give market insights
  • Implement new tools and strategies

Preferred Requirements and Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years Revenue Management Experience
  • Strong understanding of Opera and FOLS PMS, StayNTouch a plus
  • RMS knowledge: EzRMS/IdeaS
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (VBA a plus)
  • Intermediate knowledge of other MS Office Applications
  • Ability to analyse DATA and identify trends
  • Knowledge of Revenue Management
  • Ability to articulate and introduce change effectively
  • Understanding of 3* hotel market
