White Rabbit Projects are currently transforming the F&B offerings within the Rusacks Hotel, St Andrews. This multi-venue site spans across four floors and includes a modern take on a traditional pub, a high-end restaurant celebrating Scottish produce and a Mediterranean-inspired all day dining spot.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for best in class hospitality professionals to join our dynamic kitchen team. We are eager to hear from junior chefs from a varying background who are passionate about sustainable cooking and seasonal Scottish produce.
As a whole team we will be very guest focused, which will require going above and beyond in all aspects of our work in order to achieve the high standards we, and our guests, expect.

You have a can-do attitude, and you thrive working in a team. You are eager and willing to learn. You are hardworking and eager to dedicate yourself to providing guests with the best experience possible.
