Central Events Administrator - Maternity Cover - About you

  • Have experience working in an administration role would be advantageous
  • A good eye for detail and confident in your IT skills
  • Be confident communicating by telephone and email
  • Be able to remain calm under pressure in order to support the events team

Aim of the Central Events Administrator - Maternity Cover

  • Be confident in your knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Offer support to the current events team in all administration duties
  • Be forward thinking and anticipate the needs of your colleagues helping to ensure all team deadlines are met
  • Take pride in representing all Iconic hotels when answering the phone and emails
  • Look for opportunities to support your colleagues at all times so that they can offer the highest level of service to our guests
  • Take ownership of the daily and weekly stationary requests and team administration
