About the role ...
As a member of our group you are required to project a positive and enthusiastic attitude at all times, ensuring that the guest's needs are met to the highest possible standard and that customer care along with attention to detail is paramount at all times.
You will be responsible for running the floor and ensuring that our brand and hotel food and beverage service standards are upheld to the highest degree. You will have the passion, dedication and vision to inspire our employees in providing exceptional service to our guests.
You'll supervise the front of house staff during breakfast service through to lunch service (where required), build and maintain relationships with guests, team members and senior management alike, follow stock and control procedures, and adhere to food safety and health and safety requirements. You will play a key part in training, motivating and inspiring our team whilst supporting the department in achieving the required service results through internal and external audit results.
About you ...
The successful candidate will have previous experience within a similar team leading role, with an outgoing personality, excellent communication skills and excellent command of the English language. You will also be of smart professional appearance, have extensive experience in customer care and will make guest satisfaction a priority. You will be punctual and flexible in order to meet the needs of the business (this role will include weekends where required) and be an effective team player.
