A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BREAKFAST SUPERVISOR AT HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS BIRMINGHAM-REDDITCH

What you'll be doing...

Reporting to the Deputy General Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following.

  • Engaging with customer and ensuring they all have an enjoyable breakfast experience
  • Ensuring that all food items are topped up throughout Breakfast service
  • Cooking of the Hot food items
  • Adhering to Health and Safety, by completing temperature checks and holding temperatures
