The Exciting Opportunity

The position of Assistant Reception Manager has become available at DoubleTree by Hilton Edinburgh City. Reporting into the Reception Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Reception Manager in managing the daily operation of the Reception areas, controlling the allocation of guest rooms, with emphasis on regular guests, VIP's, good care guests and corporate clients, ensuring the guest history system is closely monitored, constantly updated, and always used. To ensure all colleagues on duty are supervised and aware of the room count, special events/functions and any specific room type overbooking. To be totally supportive and promote positive guest care to the Reception team enabling them to provide the highest level of service at all times.
