Due to the continued success of our client one of the St Andrew's best loved Hotels, an exciting opportunity has been created for an Assistant / Duty Manager /Food & Beverage Manager to join this already established team. An independent and privately owned hotel, our client offers first class working conditions.
At the heart of the local community, this hotel boasts a first class dining experience. Well established restaurant and banquestting for a drinks and canapé reception. It is attention to detail that creates such a home from home environment which is key, implementation of customer service and guest experience in what will be a very operational role. Continually reviewing and improving customer service and the guest experience. Ideally you will be computer literate, although specifics can be taught regarding Rota’s, PO systems. Working closely with the Management team you will work towards the continual development of the operation.
A highly experienced F&B professional with experience of working within the hospitality industry and preferably from a quality environment, with passion and drive to make a difference. For the right individual this role can offer great career advancement and the opportunity to move up.
A competitive salary of up to £23,000 to £26,000plus company benefits.
